Insurance and Sustainability: Accelerating Meaningful Action

  • Dogpatch Labs The CHQ Building, Custom House Quay Dublin 1 Ireland (map)

Unfortunately due to a power outage in the IFSC, we had to cancel our meet-up on December 12th, but we are very please to announce that it has been rescheduled for Tuesday 24th January.

We are all very much aware of the need for strong sustainability initiatives. The climate crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the war in Ukraine have sharply brought the complexity and interconnectedness of our world into clearer focus. What some people may not be aware of, is the critical role that the insurance industry plays in the support and facilitation of true sustainability action.

The title of the InsurTech Ireland event is Insurance and Sustainability: Accelerating Meaningful Action.

Sustainability is very important to us on many levels, and we expect this event to be the first of several on this very important topic. There are great opportunities for start-ups, scale-ups and incumbents to make a real difference here and we will be at the forefront of facilitating this.
